What a cool looking place. I only wished I lived closer to it. The Joule's beer was a first for us and we really liked it. Sadly, the only food served on Sundays is a selection of cheese and bread and crackers. It was still excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
An absolutely brilliant local pub. Really friendly staff and a good selection of beers and wines. Very reasonably priced, in fact we ordered a cheese board for two, which we though would be a snack and couldn't finish it. We'll worth a visit

The sharing platter was tremendous value that happily fed a decent sized group of us.
The pork pies are massive, loads of cheese to choose from and a mountain of bread and crackers.

Beautiful traditional pub. Great place for a pub lunch and just a short walk from the station. The fare is more hearty than fancy - I couldn't finish the large portion of pasta I was served.
