Pizza Hut

I used the order & collection service as I was surprising/ treating my nephew to a pizza. The service over the phone was great, and I was informed about all the offers available for a Tuesday. This helped a lot as the bill was 50% cheaper than what I originally thought (bonus). Once I arrived at Pizza Hut, the service continued to be great, and I only waited a minute or two for my order. My nephew was very happy with his pizza and extras 😁.

It's on a meerkat meal deal which is why we went. Last time I went, years ago the standard was very poor but we decided to try it today and it was great, we even brought a doggy bag home. Still pretty expensive for a chain but very tasty. The prices are more what you'd expect at an Italian restaurant xx

Visited for Sunday buffet lunch, was £19.99 for adults for unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, soft drinks, and ice cream factory. The pizzas and pastas were hot and fresh and were being regularly topped up by staff. There was a good variety of pizza flavours on both deep dish and thin crust, as well as two pastas. The salad bar also had a good variety. We didn’t have to wait long for a table of two, but we did stand at the door waiting to be greeted for quite a while. Larger parties were having to wait a while due to the amount of family groups dining at the time. Everything was mostly clean except the ice cream factory - it seems some parents let their kids use it unattended and everything was so sticky to the touch and messy. The toilet cubicles are very badly designed, with barely any space between the door and the toilet, so even an average person had to wedge in between the toilet and wall to be able to shut the cubicle door. Not exactly hygienic to press yourself against the wall of a public toilet. The staff seemed like they were having to work hard, but I noticed one table waited quite a while to have their order taken while staff were cleaning tables.

Easy get a table, parking wasnt that bad as went early. And pizza hot was pretry empty onky about 3 families Staff seated us down quickly, service was abit slow to bring drinks as had to do this qr code and order on phone Its defo not a way to go, as dont get same level of table service and no staff get chance get tips either Also was card only, big down side cant see why dont take cash payment Food was ok Brought 1 side 2 pizzas had to went for the second side until i was 80% way through pizza. Would i go again - yes Would it be soon- not a rush Also kids shouldnt be allowed around self serve salad unless accompanied by responsible adult Was like 3 to 4 kids messing around stacking bowls as though 1 time no return, getting salad all over the floor It took a mum id assume come tell them off
