Beautiful little place, so full of character. Serves pizzas and sides (chips and goujons). Has a card reader and a lovely beer garden. Very friendly staff, 5* from me. I recommend 😁
The service was incredible and Becky made the best most terrific pizzas from scratch.
Honestly a must if your in the area, or even if your not… don’t walk, RUN to The Rose & Crown!

Wow what can i say, heard the rumours about the pie being brilliant but this was something else, lashing of meat filled gravy and as much bread and butter as you can handle. This was special by far the best pie we 6 as a family have ever had book it early or you'll miss out. Hats off to the chef. On
The landlord/landlady and all the staff are incredibly accommodating. There is always a lovely atmosphere and dogs and children are very welcome. We always have a great time when we come to visit. The new pizza menu is delicious. Highly recommend

Had an absolute brilliant time here last night and really recommend the ipa. Probably one of the nicest pints of beer I’ve had in a long time and will defo be coming back for more.
Neil & Nic & Millie are doing a fantastic job at the Rose, amazing pizzas, live music and lovely atmosphere, drink selection is great and is all beautifully displayed, we’ve made some great friends up there including staff so THANK YOU, Dan & Lisa x

This is a super local pub, exceptionally welcoming to all the family (babies and dogs included). It has recently been refurbished by the new landlords and is now bright and airy, but still maintains the warm and friendly atmosphere of a country pub.

Had a small wake here after a family funeral. Food was great sandwiches, chips, pork pies, quiche, home made cake, tea and coffee.
Great staff, great refurb pub.
