The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed my cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and my millionaires shortcake and the peppermint herbal tea I had today,I have been there twice this week,we are in holiday on stoke on Trent.

Stopped here for a bit of lunch during a shopping trip 🛍️. Plenty of sandwiches, toasties or panini's to choose from to eat and a good selection of delicious muffins and drinks. Plenty of tables free and a quick and easy lunch stop.

Staff are absolutely amazing & can’t do enough. I’m always greeted with a smile & they’re super friendly. Food is always spot on & they make the best lattes in the shopping centre! Always my go-to place

Been going here for years. The staff that I aee have worked there for years too and they are lovely, despite having to work extremely hard due to a recent change in staffing levels. I feel sorry for them. The company obviously doesnt value them and I'm considering boycotting for that reason.

Went bbs hanley with my wife today, very happy with the service and the food was great, really good coffee, the woman on shift couldn't do enough for us, will definitely be back

Coffee was a bit bland on the day we visited at the Potteries Centre compared to when we normally visit the one at Affinity Staffordshire. As with everywhere prices have gone up recently, you don't get much change from £20 for two drinks, muffins & stroop waffles.

The staff here are amazing and always go above and beyond. Three first time I came here, I had my autistic sister with me and the guy was so patient and friendly with her. I now come here so often that they actually have my drink preference memorised. I often use a walking stick too and the staff always make sure to bring my order to the nearest table for me so I don't have to worry about carrying everything.

BBs is fully open now, the indoor seating is available though much reduced in capacity. They have a good menu of food and drinks; savoury options are limited but they have some very tempting muffins. They are serving iced coffee now. Wheelchair access is not great for the indoor seating but the tables outside the cafe are still under cover and very good access.

Visited here on 29th September. Both the service and food were excellent. I felt really welcomed and valued as a customer.
Have been a few times before and it has always been a great experience. This time was no different, I would highly recommend.
