I went today looking for the 16 piece boneless bucket. I was told that they don't do them anymore and they could do a 14 piece instead. There was some confusion and I realised that they had given me a bucket with bones in which I didn't want. I went back inside and was pleased that the staff member swapped my order and gave me a boneless bucket instead. Thank you great service!

First time I've come back to review a bad experience from late lst Yr, Firstly, if all young adults were as pleasant as the young European girl last night and on the ball, then A, I must credit the frachisee, manager, the time 10pm,, the restaurant has gone from never again to THE BEST SINCE BURSLEM, not because of first class service with a smile, but the chicken had that KFC taste I'd forgotten, chips, some like loads, 6 will always do (not that there wS,,, but if your a hungry Bunnie, 2, Buy a side its standard, but I'd rather have these than any tasteless McDs fries) Whatever has changed it's as I say , felt like It's been motivated by a great team. Not the reserves months back, one suggestion, Have a TIP BOX FOR STAFF, Times are hard, they work hard, and I know you give to charity, but in a UK I don't recognise no more, IT should begin at home.. Well done, and grab on to that pleasant young poss student, she I think is learning, but my god, ran rings round 2 lazy guys when I had a rant... Best in city
