Very friendly, service with a smile. Signature fries are 10/10 and nice to let me know they hadn’t salted them and to try them before I add salt because they are already seasoned.
This KFC has had a recent renovation. Very clean and tidy, modern with lots of seating areas, food was lovely and fresh. Staff were friendly, only down side is the coffee machine hasn't been replaced since the revamp so they no longer do hot drink but they're still on their online to order menu.
I went today looking for the 16 piece boneless bucket. I was told that they don't do them anymore and they could do a 14 piece instead. There was some confusion and I realised that they had given me a bucket with bones in which I didn't want. I went back inside and was pleased that the staff member swapped my order and gave me a boneless bucket instead. Thank you great service!
The new layout is great, no longer a crowd of delivery drivers, bit of a wait for my food, but it wasn't too long, The new fries are a welcome change, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh and hot.

First time I've come back to review a bad experience from late lst Yr, Firstly, if all young adults were as pleasant as the young European girl last night and on the ball, then A, I must credit the frachisee, manager, the time 10pm,, the restaurant has gone from never again to THE BEST SINCE BURSLEM, not because of first class service with a smile, but the chicken had that KFC taste I'd forgotten, chips, some like loads, 6 will always do (not that there wS,,, but if your a hungry Bunnie, 2, Buy a side its standard, but I'd rather have these than any tasteless McDs fries)
Whatever has changed it's as I say , felt like It's been motivated by a great team. Not the reserves months back, one suggestion, Have a TIP BOX FOR STAFF, Times are hard, they work hard, and I know you give to charity, but in a UK I don't recognise no more, IT should begin at home.. Well done, and grab on to that pleasant young poss student, she I think is learning, but my god, ran rings round 2 lazy guys when I had a rant... Best in city
Amazing amazing amazing service thank you to the lady who served me! I mistakenly went to the McDonald's across the road few weeks back and left feeling rather annoyed whereas today I left a FAST FOOD restaurant actually happy! Food was fast! And delicious 😋 I will most certainly be a returning customer! Thank you again! ❤️❤️
We were going to a gig at Eleven so it's a handy place for some fast food. I was a little put off by other reviews but no need to worry. We ordered from the terminal and the food was ready in 5 minutes . We were about third in line. It was hot and they had everything we ordered ( not true of other KFC). Yes there were several Deliveroo et al but I wouldn't say they are given preference. You can see the terminals and orders are sequential. I will say a lot of the mess is due to other customers not clearing the space they used but that's the modern reality.
The service was good & the young gentleman at the time was very helpful by making sure that the table was clean and that we had everything that we had ordered.
Floor was dirty and so were the tables. Forced to eat outside to find a clean table even thought it was empty. As for the food standard, it’s KFC, always the same
