I had a big tasty and it was good. Don't often go to McDonald's but I went for convenience. The service here was very good, Charlie was so nice, yes I'm sure she was on some sort of customer satisfaction drive but hey it worked. The place was rammed at the front door but further in there was plenty
One of the cleanest McDonald's in Stoke, but still dirty. Big McDonald's, lots of signs to order food at the table rather than waiting in line. There are a lot of people very often.
Visited for my daughter's birthday with friends. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Fantastic service and great hot food. Thank you for a lovely visit.
I brought alot of food from here and it was all amazing and came quick. I went up to the counter snd the staff were happy and polite. atmosphere was just the right volume to enjoy my food. would recommend it here

They mix my order up but were quick to sort it so no big deal. Food was good and restaurant was clean and tidy so all good in the end
