When we went unfortunately two items that we had ordered weren't available even though we had paid for them, so we had to choose something else. The food was left on the side while they were cooking one of the burgers which meant the food was barely tepid when we received it. The staff did apologise
This is quite a spacious KFC with a big sitting area. It has toilet facilities and drive thru service as well. It can get busy at times as it also does delivery collections such as deliveroo etc. Quite a convenient location within the Festival Heights village of stores.
It was amazingly very fast service and the food was piping hot. The person who served me made me aware of the deal and so the price was very reasonable. My wife is fan of KFC I am not. But today I even enjoyed it. Had wings 20 bucket, chips and coslow. Very item tasted brilliant 👏. I was visiting w
Free parking. Parking spaces readily available. Spacious seating. KFC was delicious as usual. One of their self-order terminals wasn't printing the collection numbers. So I had to find my order number myself by asking the staff. Staff were very helpful.
Staff had been lovely and helpful to me explaining some offers I had. Staff are smiley and welcoming
