In fact, the food is delicious. They have amazing pizza and kebabs, and the service is also excellent. I will order all my meals from here because I really loved it.

I order from here regularly, the food is always excellent and hot and fresh. I always collect, so I can't comment on the delivery service. The staff are always very friendly and polite and once I turned up 5 minutes after closing, and they switched everything back on for me. I'm very impressed with this place. Thank you
Very poor service how can you get the address wrong 3 times and bring my food to my door stone cold and exspect me to eat it?? Would you eat cold kebab?? Never again been a customer for years but not any more. Where has the old staff gone they was superb. DO NOT BOTHER with these

Flames is an amazing take away and it’s definitely the best in the whole of Stoke on Trent . I would recommend their pizzas as they are made by the best pizza makers in Stoke.
