Can Do Cocina

My wife visited here last Thursday with 3 friends. They all have nothing but praise for the restaurant, staff, food, etc. My wife is Coeliac with serious repercussions if she ingests gluten, however small an amount, but she was fine with everything they ate . She said all the dishes were freshly cooked and served from the kitchen, the wine was chilled perfectly, the coffees were delicious, and the service was second to none despite the establishment being a waitress down at a busy lunchtime session. The waitress/owner named Jess was nothing short of delightful despite being run off her feet, and there were no long waits for anything. Matt, the chef / owner, works equally hard and is very friendly, too. They said they would definitely return. Well done, Jess and Matt! ( hope we got your names right)

Our first visit and most definitely not our last, the food was amazing, my somewhat critical husband was for the first time in 35 years speechless with the whole experience. The food was incredible and more importantly for myself had a really good gluten free selection, we were served by one of the owners who went through the menu with me and also informed the kitchen of my food intolerances, an amazing night in restaurant that we honestly cane across by accident, oh the cocktails get an honourable mention as well.

Always wanted to try this small restaurant in trentham gardens. Booked table three weeks ago by phone but booking had been lost (not a good start!). Good choice of tapas, perhaps slightly expensive. Waitress service was good. Meals were tasty and just enough. Dessert menu is quite limited (only three choices on the evening we dined) and arrived in two halves. Overall a pleasant experience and would go again but not good enough for five stars.

Such lovely restaurant, great for a date or to take friends. The restaurant is very pretty inside too. Free parking at threntham estate. Tapas is their main thing, really good variety. Desserts also very nice. First time there but will visit again! The lady serving us was also super nice. Definitely recommend.
