i just wanted to leave a review for whoever was working on friday 27th august, at greggs porthill service station. I was rang by a member of staff and she wanted to clarify the order as some items were vegan and some were not, she rang me to just quickly double check i had done the order correctly before she sent it. i really appreciated it. such a small gesture went a long way 😌! excellent staff, i hope this review reaches them!
