Always welcoming, friendly staff, great food, variety of specials. Food prep options to eat in or take away, and tasty treats too. Comfortable, relaxed and clean. Good for gym users or general public.

We visited for brunch after seeing reviews on Google and were not disappointed. The cafe is attached to the gym, but all public can access it. Appeared to have a lovely selection of baked items alongside coffees and a really varied menu. Will definitely visit again.

Stopped here during a long drive. Nice cafe, do not be put off as it's inside a gym. Good menu, reasonable prices. Staff friendly. Lot's of nice seats. Has a nice warm welcoming feel. Would definitely go here again.

Called on passing, as not local was not sure what to expect. Welcoming space, helpful staff. Extensive menu, good coffee. The brunch was excellent. Relaxed vibe.........
