My daughter and I had the panko chicken fillet supper. It was very tasty, not dried out, just the way it should be. The fillets and chips were piping hot. There was no grease at the bottom of the container when we took the food out. Overall very nice, highly recommended and will defo be back soo
Good quality fish and chips. Friendly service. Car park available. Home made tartare sauce very good. Would recommend . Took food via car and sat near Stonehaven harbour where tables available.
Have been a couple of times since reopening and could not fault one bit! By far the best chips we have had in a good while! Everything cooked well and tasted delicious! Staff friendly and chatty. Will definitely be back!!
My fish n chips and mushy peas were brilliant. Nicely cooked fish in crispybatter. My wifes breaded haddock was also beautiful. We will definitely be back.
Jamie has done an amazing job bringing the shop right up to date. The staff are friendly and professional at the same time. The food is amazing. Would highly recommend them. 👌

Just collected our supper from the Redcloak Fish Bar and it was excellent. Fish in breadcrumbs was delicious. Southern fried chicken fillets were tender, moist and piping hot through. Chips a beautiful golden brown. Very prompt service too.
I’m very proud to say that the Redcloak Fish Bar is one of the best chippers in Stonehaven and elsewhere.

Good takeaway. Just a pity they didn't have Stornoway black pudding fritters, but they promised me them for next time.
Slow service this visit despite my online order. They did not seem to have a system for putting online, telephone and personal orders in sequence.
