We stopped in for a quick lunch, hoping to sit and eat for a bit. We ordered an enormous haddock and an order of chips. Good to know: you need to purchase any sauce except vinegar.
We got our food, added some salt to our chips, and there wasn’t a place to sit inside. We were okay with that, we walk

Lovely fresh fish supper which was huge, proper chip shop chips also delicious, just having the sausage supper and it too is really fabulous therefore I'd highly recommend 10/10
Lady serving was not very helpful and quite inpatient and got the order wrong, but it was sorted quickly. The food was really good though the fish was good and the sausages were much better than the usual fish and chip shop type. Chips were pale but tasty.
This is the best chippy in Stornoway. Big portions, if you're not sure about a full fish supper then highly recommend the fish bites supper. Quick service, food always fresh and tasty. Kids love the slushies too (special occasions only of course 😂)

Queue of 6 waiting to be served and 4/5 awaiting completion of orders. 5 staff working flat out and were very well organised and worked there way through orders quite quickly. The food was excellent. Large menu displayed within easy sight for all.

Chips and large battered sausage was excellent, service was a bit chaotic and I got lumbered with a nutter who latched on to me. Should that be mentally challenged ?. Must have talk to me tattooed on my forehead because they always do although he could have been high I suppose.

Great clean chips, food is nice vut there's nothing fast about it! Waiting times for a chippy are ridiculous but the food tastes good.
After lockdown good to get out again first stop this place ... the chips are good and clean with a taste of real potato with enough grease on them to allow a tasty supper not over greasy but just right for a delicious snack the chips and supper king rib and smoked sausage are delicately balanced and
We had fish and chips when on holiday on the Isle of Lewis . Wonderful fish ans chips, really delicious ! Highly recommend it ! Thank you for cooking such nice food !

Can be a bit hectic at dinner time as it’s so busy but you’re not left waiting long.
