Dunkin'

I work there everyday except sundays me and my wife work morning shift. The store was really short staffed before we came. Now we got a strong morning crew an getting the store back up to where it needs to be. We are short staffed at times wish people would understand that instead of being impatient. I know all the regulars that come in an make there days, a little bit brighter with always a smile . Most customers are just rude an so important please understand most dunkins are short staffed well most places are. So if you want your coffee right an food hot please have a heart an have patience please thanks.

Not very friendly. Would not stop talking over me for the order. No napkins in the bag. Hash browns were cold. My girlfriends iced coffee was basically cream when we asked for light cream. We did get our food and drinks in a timely manner. This was not during breakfast rush. It was midmorning. Good luck everyone.

I have recently visited this Dunkin location a lot. It has a very busy drive-thru, and I never have any issues receiving the correct order. I have a lot of sympathy for staff working in food service positions these days, and I must say that this location has super friendly folks behind the counter. I think there is a lot of turnover which is not unusual for any fast food place these days, so you may often be helped by someone who has been recently trained. I'm patient and hopefully you are, too! In addition, there are a few long time staff at this Dunkins who are very kind and helpful. Also it is always very clean inside. They really do a good job at this busy location off the highway.

The worst Dunkin id1878 donuts I've been to I went inside my Jew there was only 2 people in the drive-through and there was about 8 of them inside and I still waited a good 20 minutes before the girl came to the front and when she came to the front she had an attitude and said are you all set ?? I said "no I'm not all set I've been waiting here did you ever take my order" ? She rolls her eyes at me and then proceeds to take my order when I ask her about a coupon she said we don't take coupons even though the flyer said that location took them so I didn't argue I ordered my stuff and it just seemed like she didn't want to be there which I couldn't understand why saying that you applied for the job mind you the manager was sitting there on an interview watching all this go on And never intervened we'll never go back

Rude employees, got wrong order, overcharged customer with no apology and even argued with customer when she’s clearly wrong. The guy who took my order thru drive thru repeated twice make sure got my order right, they made my order but gave me someone else order. And overcharge me for the almond milk I didn’t ask for. But insist on arguing with me. Watch out for the woman at the drive through cashier in the morning She’s very rude
