Picked up Italian BMT today and the bread is stale, hard as a rock. Never had this happen before at any Subway, won’t be coming back.

Every time I go here they give me a hard time with what I want on my sub. Please tell me, What's wrong with a meatball or roast beef with everything? I've never been questioned with attitude anywhere else. "A meatball typically just comes with just cheese and sauce. We dont Normally provide extras on these" " are you sure this is what you want" Yes... or I could be asking because I own the Subway Corporation and I want to see what you'll say so I can call you in on it. Right? who knows.
What happened to "have it your way"? Yea i know I know... That's Burger King LOL. I dont know, sure its messy but I eat what I can and then scrape up the remaining drops on the paper wrapping. Delicious!! Its my favorite! Sub. Try it sometime!
Ask for everything on it, but the grouchy look and comments. Haha

Second worst subway I've ever been to the lettuce with brown and the tomatoes where soggy and wrinkly and when I said something to her she automatically commitment Tomatoes off or and the tomatoes from the top hard of their containers and placed it on my sandwich and she give me a hard time and try to rush me out after I said something to her

Changing my review. They don’t follow online orders right. I guess when you ask for extra of something they give you less. Especially when the guy is making the sandwiches.
