I needed a quick lunch but wanted to sit outside. This appeared one of few choices in Stoughton. It's not much to look at from the outside, but the staff is caring, polite, and on the spot. If you are sitting outside, order before you sit down and they'll get you a number or order at the window outside. I ordered the Reuben as people suggested. You won't go wrong. The fries were equally as good. A nice crispy hot treat. The view from outside was magnificent as well. A peaceful lunch all around.

When we walked in, we were not greeted until we made it halfway across the restaurant floor. We were given menus and told to seat ourselves as well as walk up to the window to order when we were ready. We ordered an appetizer and two burgers. I specifically asked that the appetizer come first so we could try to slow down and enjoy our time by the water. The food came all at once and left a lot to be desired. Wilted lettuce on the burger, was not medium as requested, burnt bacon. Everything was overpriced. The staff was fine. I felt bad for them because they clearly lack training. They didn't even know what kind of soda they carried or had. They were all nice, but at the ordering window seemed visibly stressed out. Not sure why the owner wouldn't be at their own establishment on a Saturday night. The nicest part of our experience here was the patio and the river view.

Nice little Bar/Restaurant on the river. Sat outside on the patio next to the river. All the staff was friendly and prompt. I had a Bacon Chicken Ranch wrap and fries. The food was more than I could eat and was very good. My husband had the Friday night fish fry. He was very happy with his food. I would recommend this place and will return ourselves.

My wife found this place on Google Maps and while we knew there was a patio and it was next to the river, we had no idea what to expect. Wow! To say we were impressed is an understatement. What a great place to enjoy a summer afternoon or evening, or both! Super friendly and attentive staff, too. We'll definitely be back soon!

Pretty cool bar with some outdated furniture outside overlooking the Yahara River. Love the spicy cheese curds and some friends said the burgers were good. Would be a 5 with a better tap selection and nicer outdoor seating but I don't think that's what they are going for. Cool place and I will be back.
