Lovely place. Pub was excellent. The Caravan park and the Caravan we stayed in was brilliant. Our granddaughter's loved the place especially the ducks. We also got to see a bit of history with the boat that went to Dunkirk to help with the evacuation off our brave military personnel during World War 2.
Took a coach of 55 lovely people on Wednesday, and what a fantastic time we had, the food was out of this world and as for the staff and the owners where absolutely amazing. Even tho they where shorts staff all food was served baking hot and plenty of it
We will certainly be back

Having owned a caravan on this site for several years before we finally moved into the area 17 years ago , my wife June and I decided to have a nostalgic look around the current set-up and then some lunch in the Dog & Duck. The staff were friendly and professional and made us very welcome. The main courses were not only plentiful but were absolutely delicious. Compliments all round! We intend to return with our daughter and grandson. And the best news of all......"Guinness Zero" for those of us who have to drive. Well done everybody.

What a superb meal we had at the dog and duck. The staff were very polite and very efficient. The food was superb. We had 4 different meals and plenty of it. Great value for money. Will be coming back very soon.
A fantastic place to have a meal. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, the staff were very accommodating and the whole experience was lovely. Definitely bringing my lady back here. 10/10 .

Always an enjoyable experience, with good food and friendly staff. In previous years we have always sat in the lovely garden, but our visits this year have coincided with rain. Not that it spoilt our visit.
Singer in the delightful garden on Sunday for daughters birthday but sadly spent most of time waiting 40 mins for our collective food orders inside. One child's meal read incorrectly by staff- apologies made and said they would take it off the bill.That did not happen and my elderly mother who paid forgot to check the printout!
Staff behind the bar and waitresses were lovely though .
A little disappointed with roast dinner- but then no one can compete with my husbands roast!
I'm told the food is good though I didn't eat. A lovely day in the garden with a good singer. Staff were helpful, would definitely recommend!
Great service friendly good priced food we used the restaurant part this time but normally use the outside area in summer ☀️
First visit here and I was not disappointed. We will be going again and thoroughly recommend anyone to visit too
