Skyline Chili

This is my first experience at a skyline chili. I've been wanting to try this for some time. I was in the area and stopped in. I got the five-way and the Coney. I ate the Coney first and when the waitress asked if I needed a bib I understood why she asked now. There is so much cheese on their food that there's chili and cheese going everywhere and can end up on your shirt. I had a lot of fun eating it. The Coney was so unusual and I enjoyed eating it. I have to say though that the five-way is a little better at steak 'n shake in my opinion. I tried their sauce on it and it tastes like habanero to me. I felt it needed a different sauce than that to accentuate the five way. I felt it needed more chili flavor. All in all, it was a really good experience though and I enjoyed it. Our waitress was very fast and efficient and the place was clean.

Great food and amazing staff My fiancé and I went here before the Bengals playoff game. The restaurant was packed and there were tons of carry out orders. The kitchen did an amazing job managing the work load and getting food out quickly and efficiently. Our waitress, Angela, was amazing if not exceptional. The man working in the kitchen chatted with customers while getting orders out at lightning speed. He footed our bill because he felt bad for our wait. I can tell that he cares about the food he makes, the customers he serves, and all of his coworkers. Every time we come to this location we are so pleased with the service, food, and the friendliness of the staff.
