I ordered a simple cheeseburger with bacon, medium. The first one I got was charred and black on the outside to where all I could taste was burnt burger. The waiter was really nice and said it wasn't right. The inside was a little undercooked. The second one they brought me was barely browned and was totally raw through and through. The salad was good. That's all I ate was the salad. Two stars go to the waiter. He deserved more but the food debacle far outweighed his waiting abilities.

First time there in a long time, last time going back. The staff was great. Very fast and friendly. This isn't about them. The food was not good. My wife's piece of steak was tiny and overcooked, like a hockey puck, and somehow the broccoli was burned. The chicken parm my son got was inedible. Three stars just because our server was so good.

My salmon was under cooked and I had to send it back my husband had the special bourbon BBQ sampler that was burnt and hard as a rock. They only took $10.00 off each of our dinners and replaced our food, but again his was over cooked. Mine was great. Their rice was fabulous as they have red bell peppers and onions in the rice...that was the only thing that was perfect. I have a mixed drink but it have strawberries chunks that would get stuck in the straw. I asked if they would blend it, they said NO!. Never going back again.

My wife and I are parents to two little people, one almost 2, and one almost 4. Both require a lot of attention right now, so my wife and I have been trying for a while to make time for a date. We finally managed to step away a couple weekends back and decided to give our local TGI Fridays a try since it was near my parents' (who were watching the kids), and I'd read a lot of good things about their recent seasonal menu offerings.
We went around lunch, so it was pretty quiet. There may have been a dozen diners total. Our server was very friendly and not overly pushy with suggested "up-sells," though she did try three separate times to get us to go for additional items other than what we'd already ordered. Still, the food came out very quickly, and most of it was very tasty. My wife's reuben burger was great, and my fish and chips, while pretty greasy (which I'd expect for fish and chips), were cooked great. As other people have mentioned below about TGIF's coleslaw, mine had no flavor at all and may as well have been cabbage and skim milk. I'd recommend TGIF maybe revisit their recipe, since it wasn't good. I'm not picky, so I ate it anyways so it didn't go to waste, but it wasn't a highlight.
Other than that, we were happy with our food and enjoyed the leftovers the next day.
Unfortunately, there were a couple things about our visit that weren't great.
1) We had chatted with our server throughout our visit about why we were out on a date, including mentioning that we were pretty exhausted from taking care of our kids and very thankful for the chance to take a breather. For some reason, when it came time to pay our bill, she decided to joke with us by coming back with my credit card and saying it was "expired." I think she realized pretty quickly after seeing the looks on our faces that her joke had fallen flat, and she tried to clean up by saying she was "just trying to have fun, too." I'll just say that, with as many stressful things as are going on in this phase of life right now, we were disappointed to have an otherwise enjoyable, relaxing visit soured by a server who probably meant well but didn't take into account the exhausted parents she was waiting on.
2) Also, given that there were so few visitors, the music was overly loud and made it very difficult for me and my wife to think clearly or have a meaningful conversation. Several of the songs played were definitely not business-appropriate either. If I could at least make a suggestion, I'd consider playing slightly less "edgy" music (at least not stuff with "adult" themes that I wouldn't want our kids hearing) and adjusting the volume to better suit the number of visitors.
Long story short, we enjoyed most of our food but probably won't be back unless given the chance to reset things. Hopefully our experience was just a one-off!

Got the loaded cheese Fry burger and it looked good like most of my orders have been. But the burger must of been rushed because the seer on it didn't show how raw the burger was. The burger pattie was completely raw on the inside and I'm currently suffering from food poisoning. Maybe it's a one off thing because the rest of my orders where great. Maybe they rushed it because it was Uber eats but regardless. I hope they check there quality control because the rest of my orders where immaculate but this one almost put me in the ground.

I had a salmon salad and it was DELICIOUS. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the dressing complemented it well. The service was also great!

We love this TGI Fridays. Great atmosphere and the service and food are always good. They have a decent gluten free menu and have always been able to accommodate my husband's gluten allergy without any issues. They have phenomenal deserts for me, but nothing gluten free on their dessert menu.

Went when they were slow today. Got an ultimate berry mojito, I think it was called. Absolutely amazing! Ordered their signature whiskey glazed burger and fries... Always delicious! Never disappointed. Their fries are perfectly crisp and seasoned. Our food was fast and our bartender was very nice. Gabe is also and amazing bartender and I love seeing him when I go there!
