Give these Drivers Thermal Bags or SOME WAY to keep from having a lukewarm pizza delivered. Nothing is more disappointing than being hungry and waiting almost an HOUR (For a stated 35 minute delivery) and opening the box to a definitely NOT HOT pizza. This is not the first time from the STOW location. At these prices now, at least deliver a HOT pizza. OTHER chains have figured it out.

This place is wonderful! Not only is the food great, hot and ready and never a long wait,but the staff is awesome!! I had some car problems and they were there to help! They went to another business and found some one to help me get my car start and paid them, with a large pizza, Lol!! Awesome!!!

This Marcos restaurant is a breath of fresh air. They have excellent customer service, speedy service, and the pizza and breadsticks is delicious. I had such a bad experience with the Marcos in Twinsburg, that I felt like I was in heaven when I visited this location. They greet you upon entering and serve you quickly. I will drive to this location whenever I want Marcos. Keep up the Great work guys. We appreciate your hard work, dedication , and phenomenal customer service skills.
