Wendy's

If you have a Wendy’s craving, and you want to sit at a drive-thru speaker without being greeted, be told they have no chocolate frosty, get a room temperature chicken sandwich on stale bread, get offered a knife and fork to eat your weird tasting vanilla frosty, and eat soggy fries… well then this is the Wendy’s for you! Seriously, though—there are other Wendy’s in the area worth the longer drive to avoid this experience. Get your burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, and frosties elsewhere.

Today is Sunday. At 11:40 am I drove into the drive up line.....with five cars before me. I waited 15 minutes until I was finally at the drive through "ordering kiosk". There were no cars in front of me picking up food and no one spoke to me to take my order. I finally noticed a young man coming our of the restaurant carrying trash and I asked him if Wendy's was open. He said the manager had never shown up and they were doing their best inside to open....and it would be awhile until they were opened. There at least five cars behind me waiting to place their orders. No indication or signs letting anyone know the restaurant was closed and there they all sat!!..This exact thing happened the Friday.... two days ago. N

It’s sad that you try to get an order fixed twice and they still can’t get it right! I ordered 5 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and 5 sausage egg and cheese biscuits after waiting in line for 15 minutes being the second car and they left the cheese of all ten sandwiches. I called and spoke with James who said he would redo the order. When returning back I waited 20 minutes being the third car to have my order replaced. When getting home I had someone else’s order. I tried calling corporate which just leaves you on hold then disconnects you totally useless. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s at all. Companies wonder why there lacking in sales it’s not because of covid it’s because people don’t want to care even a little about the job they do and act like they don’t have a brain it wasn’t rocket science to get an order like this accurate!!

Stopped for something to eat after picking Granddaughter up from KSU. I ordered Sour Cream &Chive baked potato. It was HORRIBLE!! Maybe had 3 forkfuls to eat after mixing sour cram into potato. One end of potato was very well done and probably old. Used restroom and it was fairly clean but no toilet paper.

We ordered two combo meals. One burger without mayo. I even said "just to double check, no mayo on this one please" and she agreed she already got that. They only gave us one drink and they acted shocked when I asked about my other drink. This gave me concern and checked out food. And to nobody's surprise, there was mayo on both burgers. They didn't apologize for their mistake at all. Horrible customer service. The only thing they did right was how quick it was (not sure if that counts since they messed up the order).

I am not blaming the employees for the slowness of this restaurant. However I have noticed that every time I go to Wendy's the wait is ridiculously long 30 mins or longer. I currently am waiting in line at the Wendy's on Graham Rd in Cuyahoga falls and I can't help but think Wendy's like other restaurants are extremely cheap with their labor. Hire more people/pay them fairly and treat them right so the service will improve.
