Dirty Duck - Stratford-upon-Avon - Photo album

A lovely pub, slightly off the beaten track, a good drinks range, a comfortable interior, with a beer garden out the back. The front terrace overlooks the river Avon, and has a Mulberry tree as it's centrepiece.
Visited today around 2pm for lunch. Staff were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. Pictured is the seafood risotto and garlic bread. I really enjoyed the meal! Great location, parking right outside and good views of the river. Even dog friendly! Really lovely place and I’ll certainly be visitin
Just up the lane from Holy Trinity Church, was the Dirty Duck. My wife and I loved it. It was the best food we had on our ten day trip in England and Wales. It is also a terrific place to grab a pint. It isn’t just a typical pub - it has great atmosphere. Sit at one of the tables on the outside
Lovely place 😍 we went on a Saturday night, to our surprise it had been shut for a month and had only re opened that night as a trial run, until opening properly on the Monday. We sat out the front on some lovely brand new tables, the service was great, staff very friendly and helpful, food brillian
Haven't been since the refurb. Decoration is excellent, and the steak and ale pie did not disappoint. They're clearly going for a more "gastropub" vibe than a traditional pub, as the little cabaret-style tables and chairs are gone, as larger tables for meals have been installed.
The vegan sunday roast was amazing! Worth the price. The outdoor area is perfect and the service is quick and very nice☺️
Excellent food and service. Best pie I have had for a long time. Very quiet when we were there so can't really comment on the atmosphere but would definitely recommend eating here
Had a loverly lunch with the family. Loverly atmosphere and loverly food. Worth a stop off and pop in. 🍔🍺🍷
Great pub with fantastic views and history. Didn't eat so can't rate food. Service very good.
My half pint of guniess was perfection. Something about the way they made it...I needed another. Place was really nice and relaxed with a peacefull atmosphere. I'm going there again soon. See you there😊
Was fortunate to have had lunch here today, it was exceptional. Chose The Sunday Roast, which was top drawer. Very friendly staff, and the atmosphere and location are tremendous. Would have given 6 stars of available! Thank you to all “Dirty Duck” staff.
Went with my husband for Sunday lunch today. Couldn't fault anything. Service, food all with a smile.
A truly very nice place that extends inside the block, first indoors, and then with a garden with sofas and tables. Very inviting. I ate very well (à la carte). The quality/price ratio is good, perhaps a little too expensive. The burger I got was one of the best I've ever had in my life. In the gard
Honestly if I could give these guys 10 stars I would. We absolutely loved our meals and the experience of being at the pub in one of our favourite TV programmes. The staff were so helpful and being dog friendly meant our 4 legged friends enjoyed themselves too :) There were dog treats and toys, bow
Whilst the table service was very good the fact you have to go to the bar for everything. The food was very good except the cabbage stalk. I actually loved the place and would probably go back again.
I loved this pub, delicious food good service nice beers on tap the onion rings are banging & sticky toffee pudding is lovely 😋
Booked a table for 3. Pub was very busy when we arrived but we had been allocated a very small table. Lovely lady staff member immediately changed us to a bigger table. Lots of selection on menu and ordering was easy. Lovely cocktails that arrived quickly as did our food which was hot, clearly fres
Great pub in Stratford. Near the river. You can take your pint to the river but tell the bar and they've ill use plastic instead of glass. Picturesque. Great location if you are going to the Theater. Will do again.
Re opened after a thoughtful refit and refresh . The famous Actors Bar has retained all its character just a stones throw from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre on Waterside. Good selection of beers and varied food menu. A Stratford-upon-Avon icon. Very dog friendly.
