Fabulous cafe in a renovated railway carriage. Situated looking out over fields on an unused old railway line now a walking path. Just great.

Nice little cafe in an old railway carriage on the disused railway that is now a very nice cycle trail. Prompt service even though a group of us all arrived together and all wanting food.
Quirky railway carriage café with some inside seating plus picnic tables outside. Busy kitchen with a wide variety of food available. Worth a visit if you're in the area and kids will love it.

Really friendly staff. They were about to close when we turned up at 3pm, so we ended up just getting a takeaway hot drink. They said they closed at 3:30pm but not sure it that's just a winter months thing or their new closing time.
The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating and it's located on a main walking/cycling route.
The car park is small and across a main road but it's free. Just take care crossing as some people speed.
Great place for a break when cycling along the Stratford Greenway. Several picnic benches if you have brought your own refreshments or there's the railway carriage cafe there. It was all very clean and tidy with surfaces good to cycle on.

We cycled the Stratford green way one Sunday morning, we didn't eat in the cafe, though it's a lovely idea, it did look rundown. I'm sure it could still look vintage but could do with a lick of paint.
Great coffee, A huge Hot Chocolate and fantastic fresh cakes. Whatâs not to like. And itâs really nice inside.
