Had a really great experience here! It was a busy Sunday afternoon and my elderly Mum and I popped in for a sandwich. The store manager was extremely helpful and patient with my Mum who had lots of special requests like gluten free bread, and vegan options. The manager allowed my mum to sample the vegan meat alternatives, and was really great with her. Mum loved the sandwich! Thanks again for your patience and excellent customer service!

The food was top quality, and the workers were kind and caring even during a threatening atmosphere with an ARMED robbery occuring across the street. They were reassuring and valued the safety of their customers well.

The younger gentlemen with short hair, his name badge said H something, is great and had excellent customer service, he made my visit very special. The other staff were good but he was in a different league of service, he really knows what hes doing. I recommend to those of a more financially stable income as the price reflects the area and overall quality.

Friendly and efficient service, don't tend to come here as much as the Maybird probably due to the lack of parking but that is obviously due to them being located on Stratford's busiest pedestrianised street in the middle of town. What I did out today is that I get a discount for being employed in Stratford, I don't know how true this is, there was no promotion I could see advising me of this and I didn't tell the cashier I worked locally he asked me when I queried the bill, I wonder if it was true or if he just wanted to serve the next customer, either way I saved some money which is always good.

This tiny subway was better than any other subway I've been to. The guys serving were very polite and helpful and cracking jokes with us. They had salad options I've not seen before and it was all fresh. I recommend subway if you visit Stratford, it's the same menu you already know, but better

This is definitely a Subway tourist spot, right next to the Shakespeare Centre. The sub sandwiches are standard and well-made but service leaves a lot to be desired. I had a good sandwich artist but the other customers - in front of and behind me - both had minor arguments with their servers. If you’re eating in sit upstairs near the window. It’s a pleasant view of Stratford’s main avenue below. Toilets are clean and the tables were for the most part cleared of meals.
