Love this place ! From the bargain shed in the car park , to the hand carwash in the car park ! If you purches anything they give u a gift voucher for money off the car wash !! Animal section is a bit. Naff not orginized to sell live animals and a little expensive . But we'll layed out !!!
A very pleasant garden centre, with a very nice cafe, staffed by very pleasant workers. The restaurant was absolutely spotless, and the food was great. Also the garden centre has been expanded in recent years by the new owners, and we bought a very nice Stihl product which was priced considerably cheaper than Amazon! Overall, a great experience!
Lovely, dog friendly garden centre with a huge choice of plants, pots, gardening equipment, wildlife paraphernalia, toys, ornaments, pet food and accessories and probably more that I've missed. All reasonably priced too. We popped into the dog friendly cafe as well. There's also a small indoor soft play area if you have little ones.
This is an outstanding place to visit, definitely the best for miles around. Excellent quality and range of plants. The rest of the stock is just incredible and not overpriced when you see the quality. Only small criticism was the wait for coffees to be served quite early in the morning, although lovely coffee. More waiting staff perhaps?
Went here to pick up some bits for my dog. A really good selection of toys & treats and love the idea of the "sprinkle station" if your dog has an accident in the shop. Also the staff are all so friendly
Its had quite a move about inside and lots more stock. Always a pleasure to visit. Great pet centre as well as household gifts and goodies ! Also sells bottle gas has a great cafe and kids area. At Christmas time they go to town, great place to distract little ones while xmass shopping !
A lovely local garden centre, overpriced as all garden centres are but they always have a great choice of plants and other garden/home products. I absolutely adore the cafe and farm shop. Also not to mention the gorgeous rabbits and birds they have on show there. The staff are always so lovely and ready to help you, definitely recommend taking a trip here.
If you want the wow factor visit the new site at Crediton where the lovely restaurant has the most amazing views. Been to the Stratton site today where we were made to feel very welcome and valued as customers - even though the owner joked the tiny boot on our small sports car was not considered good for business. Looking forward to going to the Launceston site next - may have to buy a bigger garden soon!
Food is amazing in the Caffe but the coffee for a latte has no froth with it and tasted more like warm milk the lady didn't put any air with the Milk which didn't make the coffee taste nice, overall the food and the staff are lovely
Large garden centre with something for everyone. Nice range of plants, great pet store and cafe.
If you need a flower pot (or 200) this is the place to go. There are loads of them! 😉

We went all the way to Bude as we won’t go to Launceston Homeleigh after a verbally abusive attack from a lady who works on the tills on the way out the store once, it was me, my mum, my dad and my son who has a visible disability. We went to the cafe in Bude, WOW!!!!!!! What a lovely experience, toastie was amazing, toasted perfectly, filling was loads, generous salad, crisps were generous and nice, well worth the money. Thoroughly enjoyed it. My Dad had a tuna jacket potato, there was tons of tuna, large potato and a large salad came with it. My son had a large jacket potato with loads of cheese on it again, he is 10, was a plateful and he cleared his plate no problem, and he is a fussy eater too. Chips were perfect too, and the tea was hot and lovely and with the extra water given to us it went on for ages. Coffee was served with hot milk which was perfect. The restaurant was very clean too. I did mention why we were there, the woman serving was shocked, she said surely the manager sorted it out. I said not to our satisfaction. The manager stopped the older woman phoning the police as my son accidentally smashed a plant pot that I was willing to pay for, the manager did stop this though and didnt make me pay. We were so regular in launceston and was my sons favourite restaurant, we have really missed going there, but just cannot face that woman again. But the Manager said he needs her there as she is reliable. Adele or Dell i think her name was looked after us very well in Bude and all the staff were friendly. All the staff in the restaurant and cafe are really friendly in launceston too.
Will say though, saw this really random sign in a container of things for sale. Didn’t really understand the point of it…
Great little garden centre. Don't usually review a place like this but the homemade bakery that they sell are a must buy.

We dropped our car to valet and had breakfast at garden centre.
Stopped here on our way to Bude hot day so we bought our dog some scoops icecream. Excellent range of pet supplies and a stunning garden centre. Plants were beautiful
Nice garden centre and cafe, good selection of plants trees and shrubbery, good parking and customer toilets. Definitely recommend if in the area.
