Mazzio's Pizza

NO STARS FOR STROUD MAZZIOS PIZZA but I could not Post this without at least one star...STILL, NO STARS!!!!! The following IS NOT Manager material. I called Stroud Oklahoma Mazzio Pizza just about 1 hr. ago and "tried" to Ask Him exactly what was on the Chicken Alfredo Specialty Pizza and I also informed this person that I had a coupon but unfortunately, before I could finished my sentence, he interrupted me and continually interrupt me by just repeating, "Okay, I'm pulling it up on the register to see if the coupon will be able to take it". I NEVER asked him if the coupon was able to be used for a Specialty Pizza" I already knew it could be used for a Specialty Pizza because I was holden the coupon and it was staring back at my face!!! I tried several times to finish my question as, "What is on a Chicken Alfredo Specialty Pizza" but was continuously interrupted. I finally interrupted him and ask for the manager and he told me, he was the manager and then I asked what was his name. "Roberto" I guess "Roberto" was proud enough to at least, 'Stop" "Listen" and "Answer" me. Just soooo wrong!!! I thought I finally got his attention and proceeded to ask, once again, what was on the Chicken Alfredo Pizza. WRONG!!! He just continued to interrupt me again and again, until I finally became agitated with him and while he just kept repeating his same sentence, I loudy interrupted him and said," Dude!!!! You are not allowing me to talk because you keep talking over me!! " I really thought he would apologize and allow me talk but instead he replied with, 'You need to call some other time" and then there was complete silence from he's side. How rude Mr Roberto!!! Tried forever to find the Regional Manager for Stroud Mazzio Pizza but I haven't had any luck. If anyone knows, he's/her name and number, please post it here for me. Thanks. '

Had pizza delivered, I pulled a hair off of one of them and when my sister called the store she was asked “was that all that was wrong with it” (seriously..?) then told that the delivery driver would come pick it back up? I don’t know why we even try to eat their food anymore. Either the order is wrong or there are sanitary concerns. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Stopped in there while staying at the Hampton because I was tired of fast food. The Chicken Alfredo I got (there was a mistake in the order and they offered more than would be reasonably expected to make it good) was fantastic-- lots of cheese, great garlic flavor and the inclusion of tomatoes was a great twist/bonus. Well worth stopping for off the highway rather than cookie cutter type places. Staff was friendly, attentive and caring.
