Very welcoming staff team creating a lovely warm environment with excellent coffee of course too! A great place to work for a few hours!
Costa is probably one of the best coffee shops in the world. I thought this place was excellent, great customer service, very quick, drinks were lovely. Such a great trip all round.

What's gone wrong, not been in this one for ages and it's gone down hill with the very poor staff.

Went in on Saturday 7th October am.....very strange! Only takeaway cups....no aircon on despite it being hot and stuffy and three members of staff one who kept shouting like she was a F1 commentator...very off putting when you go there to relax. Lovely little costa, friendly staff, usual good quality of costa food and drink, nice atmosphere, busy but not too busy, well kept and clean seating area. 10/10 would definitely visit again!
Thank goodness your open again, lovely to see such friendly and welcoming staff. Excellently made coffees. Place is set up and managed well to deal with social distancing.
