Stunning pub! Lovely friendly staff and absolutely fantastic Sunday roast. This was our second time, and both times the food has been delicious. The roast was like a homemade roast, everything was perfect. Staff were really welcoming and we loved that they made a big fuss of our dog too. Will definitely be back.
A delicious Sunday roast. Quality over quantity, which I have to say, is most acceptable to anyone who is not a gannet!!' No offence meant toward gannets. Service is friendly and efficient too. Always a smile. Would most recommend.
A great place for lunch and or a meal, good pleasant and cosy surroundings and if the weathers good a relaxing garden to sit in. Varied menu to choose from and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and on a personal note the bitter went down very well! So put it on your short list to try, at least give it a go and it may become a regular place to go. Cannot comment on the rooms or facilities as I didn’t stay there only went for lunch with family.
Had Sunday lunch today first time we've tried this pub don't know why we are local. But what a.lunch absolutely lovely plenty to satisfy a healthy appetite you have a little wait but it was busy and worth it piping hot lots of veg potatoes perfect. Friendly staff will definitely return.
It's a very popular pub 🍻 in a lovely location. Does a good range of drinks and the food is plentiful and very nice. The service is also spot on with helpful friendly staff. Go for the lamb shank, it's delicious 😋
We stopped in for lunch at the Fiddleford Inn while on a walk through the countryside. The Inn is very quaint and easy to get to from the local walking paths. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The garden across the way has picnic tables with umbrellas and a tree for shade. We had the tuna sandwich, the beet and goat cheese salad, the ploughman's lunch (veggie version), and the ham egg and chips. Everything was delicious! We paid at the bar and the food was brought out to us. The staff was delightful. If we lived in the area we would be here often.
We arrived at this pub on our mountain bikes and we were joined by another two. Eight of us had drinks and lunch. Excellent food and good portions. We were well cared for by a beautiful lady with blonde hair. Thank you, see you again.

Visiting relatives and stayed two nights with my sister, fantastic place with beautiful rooms, everything was spotless. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was amazing! The staff were so welcoming and the landlady Illze is such a lovely person. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again if in the area and would totally recommend 😎
Really good pleasant service .. we only had sandwiches but very good .. looking forward to returning for a main meal in the near future.
