Review The Red Lion Pub - Sturton By Stow

Chris Butler
I want to sample the Sunday lunch carvery and I can say not only was the plate size bigger than average the food was cooked to perfection with fresh local produce. Both my wife and I said it was one of the best pub meals we had ever had. We drove away from the pub so full I could hardly talk. I have been to a lot pubs where you get a massive quantity without the taste so this just ticked all the boxes. I am often passing this place on my way to Doncaster Airport or taking people there. I will make sure it's a stop for me on the way back or going somewhere. My wife said it would be better to have a good meal here than the bland airline meals.
Sazzle Dazzle
This pub has so much potential but it seemed Untapped. Friday band night quite good
