We love this place, the staff are always friendly. Clean and welcoming, me and my partner had our first date here and each year we book the same table. This year was extra special as when we had finished our meal we were told it was on 'pizza Express' and there was no charge. Such a wonderful night
1st time in our Sudbury restaurant and wasn't disappointed. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We opted for the 3 courses which included dough balls and garlic bread to start.
Nicely welcoming and comfortable surroundings with warm lighting rather than floodlights.

Food is always good, we love the food here and often have date nights here. We were able to use a voucher which really helped with the price of the meal so overall it was really good value, and wouldn't have minded paying the full amount but the voucher was a bonus! Great quality food, service super quick even though the restaurant was practically full! Staff were attentive but not pushy. Value for money is unquestionable as you can always find a voucher to use no matter what day it is!
Friendly staff never grimace when we can't manage more than a single pizza between us. The tiny dessert plus coffee deal is a welcome addition. We are such lightweights with meals these days!
Went to Sudbury for my son's birthday with 4 of his friends. The service was excellent, they thoroughly enjoyed their pizza. The lady (sorry, I don't know her name) was excellent.
Home schooled day, children made pizzas. Free. The kids are now hooked on pizza express for life, at least they won't want to eat the other commercial rubbish as they made and can taste the difference. Really, really genuinely interested staff. 10 out of 10.
We had excellent service! I (being a fussy customer) took in my own stilton because they don't have any, and the kitchen staff very kindly used it on my pizza to make it perfect. Loved it!
Love the food here, it's clean and the staff are very friendly, the children love the food, however the kids portion sizes have gotten smaller, this was ok for my 7 year old who had pizza, but my 10 year old who had the pasta was still hungry afterwards !

Lovely atmosphere and staff welcoming friendly and look after you. Nice feel of open spaces. Food a bit pricey although very tasty and well presented. Worth a visit.
