Mcdonald's

The kids that work there are really nice, the only complaint I have is that we often have items missing from our orders, if it's ordered through menu log you have to go through them to get a refund or a credit. If you can't get out to get the missing item for whatever reason, you go hungry, maybe this is something they should look at, but the kids are still wonderful, they do their best and don't deserve to be yelled at, please remember they are kids, you wouldn't yell or scream and verbally abuse your child, don't do it to someone else's .

Had Maccas last night never expected the 40% off deal to mean 40% less cooked also. Got given wrong burgers first then had to get new ones so the mcflurrys melted and the chips went cold, no offer for new food. Then get home and sons went to eat their quarter pounders and the meat was raw so could not eat them, so disgusting turned off Maccas for a long time now and waste of money. Worst part is they ate some of it before looking at it and then being almost sick.

Went through drive through to order brekkie. Confirmed order when paying for my meal. When picking up order was given frozen coke instead of latte. Told to park in waiting bay. Realised I also had wrong food order. When coffee finally came was asked " cap with 2 sugars?" Advised I had asked for latte no sugar and returned incorrect food order. When finally got order and drove off realised I had still been given the wrong food order.... 4 mistakes in all and stuck waiting for 10+ minutes. Overall not a good experience.

Service was fast, staff encouraging each other and my late breakfast order was fresh. However I was disappointed that at least half of staff were wearing masks around their chins, especially as we are seeing cases rise so rapidly in Victoria. One of the managers (running for drive through) was wearing their mask around their chin, I'd hope they'd set a better example for their team. I understand it's hot in the kitchen - I think staff should be permitted to go outside for a break when they need to take their masks off for a minute. Thanks for a nice meal, and please continue to look after your community by wearing a fitted face mask correctly.
