After a bit of shopping I went into this cafe inside tescos Sunbury-on-Thames and found David Debbie and jessie to be absolutely lovely, service with a smile, the table area couldn't of been more clean . My sausage and egg roll was great and priced ok. Overall considering I went in to have a cuppa I found that to be a lovely experience. Great gang thank you

Nice vibe and nice coffee. Handy phone app with a loyalty scheme - buy 6 coffees, get one free.
The only Harris & Hoole with a kitchen, as it used to be the Tesco café, so they used to serve full meals.
That was stopped a few months ago. You can now get mostly cakes, porridge and sandwiches. Service is usually quick.
Lots of seating, some low, some high. Handy place to wait in Tesco.

My first time in this chain of coffee shops. Furniture and decor carefully chosen so it has the feel or vibe of 'traditional' high street cafes like Costa Coffee, Cafe Nero etc. Actual coffee was decent enough.

One of my last comment on their website was not a positive one, but today best cup of coffee ever. Just wish coffee was serve at drinking temperature like when they opened and not extra hot like other coffee shop.

staff are amazing, well trained, talented and above all friendly. coffee is the best I have ever had. price is a little high but I dare you to drink a Harris and Hoole coffee and go back to Costa or Starbucks and enjoy their drinks.
