Had an amazing meal here tonight for my Dad's 60th birthday and the staff were absolutely fab! Everyone was friendly, helpful and had great personalities which really made the night special. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
Food was amazing and could literally live on the lamb dish I had!
Thanks again guys, all the extra effort you put in tonight really made the birthday lads night!
Absolutely beautiful food and first class service. Delightful Indian and Fusion dining with a view over looking the sea. My third visit here and I must go more often. I had a gorgeousl King Prawn stater and the main Lamb dish was exquisite as the meat was so tasty and tender . Ummm! All four of us were well impressed

My favourite place to go for Indian food! We always get well looked after (and even more so after a mishap with a pint of lager last night!), food is always excellent, service spot on and lovely surroundings. Highly recommended!
What a lovely experience.... I entered a competition via Facebook to win a 3 course meal for 2 to dine at Goa Indian restaurant, and I won so just to confirm real people do win, I contacted them to thank them and that I would be making a reservation when I get back from my holidays. I took my daughter and my mam with me to dinner on Thursday night, and Soon as we walked in we were greeted with a congratulations which was lovely, the manager showed us to our table and explained how the competition works. Even though there was three of us he said he would be sorting something out at the end to accommodate the third person ( we did not expect this and were willing to pay the extra anyway). We were told to order a starter each, main, rice and nan breads and this also included a round of drinks. We were served popadoms and pickles when we sat down. So we ordered Starters: Bangalore jinga, king prawn bhuna on puri and chicken pakora, all amazing!! Mains: king prawn balti, chicken tikka masala and Achari lamb ( we had not tried this dish before, but it was recommended by the waiter) again all amazing! Mushroom pilau, keema pilau and plain pilau. Keema garlic nan and garlic coriander nan. You can imagine we could not finish it all so they gladly made up a doggy bag for us to take home. We were left to enjoy our meal but also given detailed information about our meals and were very well looked after. At the end we asked for our bill and Kaz the manager came over and explained what he had done, only charging the third person the cheapest dishes meaning we paid very little. Overall a brilliant service meal and team at Goa, not just that we won the competition but every other time we have visited. Thank you Kaz and your lovely team again.
Visited Goa for the first time yesterday and it won’t be the last time! I have been going to the same Indian restaurant for years but decided to try somewhere different as we were in Seaburn and so glad we did!!

The best Indian meal I've ever had Absolutely fantastic food, excellent service and beautiful location overlooking the sea. Highly recommended.
Lovely food staff courteous would definitely recommend it
Excellent food. Such wonderful tastes. Each dish a surprising pleasure. We love it here. Excellent service+ warm welcome
Food is always outstanding at Goa, the menu is one of the most modern & portion sizes are very generous & varied. The staff are very friendly & attentive especially Saba. If available be sure to request a window seat as the view of the seafront & promenade is beautiful.
Fabulous place to eat. The restaurant was chic. Staff are very attentive but not invasive. Food was excellent with good portions and the view over the sea was an added extra. Excellent value if you can make the Happy Hour times.
Simply the best Indian restaurant in Sunderland- our families go-to place for a meal
The staff are so friendly and happy to help and service is quick even though food made to order.
I always get the same dish Chicken Sashlick and it’s always well presented and sizzling on arrival.
Go try it you’ll not be disappointed
Booked a table for 8 on a Saturday night the place was full without being over crowded.

I can’t praise this restaurant high enough. From going in to coming out we were treated brilliantly by all the staff. The food was exemplary and plenty of it. I even brought a doggy bag home. I wouldn’t hesitate to return there and I’d highly recommend it to anyone.
