Had a Sunday lunch here for the first time my god it was so tasty.the veg was perfectly cooked meat was lush and the gravy I think it was bone marrow or similar just lovely highly recommend this place
looking really smart and family friendly inside, staff were very efficient and friendly, good was really nice, well worth it πππ» good job! π» We had the small plates for Β£15, crispy beef was sooo yummy!!! They also do a really nice chicken gravy that goes well with their chunky chips! Random choice would be chicken and veg skewers that's actually an enormous meal!
We try and visit as much as possible as we only live at pottershill and love the pub.
Great staff, good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Everyone is always friendly and entertainment on the evening we visited. Keep up the hard work.

Food was only slightly above average although portions weren't bad. I chose ale pie, chips and mushy peas. All OK but although the pie was tasty the meat was like mush and not chunks of beef.
Would I return? Probably for a drink. Food wise I'd give it a second go but try something different from the menu.
First time visiting and what a lovely little pub, will visit again next time I'm in the area

Popped in for dinner on Sunday was beautiful had no problem getting a table and service was quick and pleasant enjoyable lunchtime son date
Husband had the breakfast which he said was the best breakfast ever I had gammon which was beautiful. Staff really nice.π

Lovely pub. Food is reasonably priced and tasty. I come here often and recommend it to anyone that wants a nice, simple but of pub grub and a pint.
