Great Costa outlet. Staff are fab, it has plenty of room, and it's in a nice location. There are also around 5 or 6 tables outside for nice days/dog owners/smokers.
I find it difficult to review Costa. The service is friendly and efficient. The coffee is excellent and consistent. There is seldom anything to fault. This applies to any branch.
this venue has been 5 star since the day it opened,in fact 5star plus. called in today 11/7/21. new member of staff(to me) possibly some sort of team leader??? needs to up his work rate and tone down his attitude!!! hope he is only temporary

I call in a few times a week for my coffee fix and sandwich. Love costa .staff are soo friendly in here . Always a smile and very polite as with any costa in sunderland i visit ...they have excellent customer service skills. Even when mega busy they are first class.

We've been going to this costa as a group every sunday for a few years and the staff are like friends to us. Also there's more seating than you expect for a Costa so we can get a about ten people around the bigger tables.
Fabulous coffee , cakes and sandwiches, also tea ,chocolate fruit drinks the list is endless, what makes it so special are the super efficient friendly staff, always a pleasure to sit in or take out,
Costa coffee on the Broadway is highly recommended, food and cakes are delicious, always get coffee to go on a Saturday mocha is my favourite, girl's and guy's that work there are very good at there job even in this hard time of restrictions 😷🤗

This is the best of the coffee chains around,with a high selection of hot and cold snacks,a vast variety of coffees jot chocolate and tea,a must for a meet with friends or just as a quick pop in.
