Went for take out today. Really busy. Working short staffed and coffee machine down. But staff brilliant. Friendly. Good communication. And apologetic for time waited. Noticed they had a couple of “Karen’s” to deal with. But felt with professionally.
Best coffee by far. Staff a bit miserable at times . Although been a few times won't put me off as I love the coffee there. Relaxed atmosphere with good deco inside.
Great coffee place. The store is very clean and tidy and easily accessible. Only reason it loses a star is one of the ladies working seemed to have a bit of an attitude but everyone else was great!

Kept clean and tidy, staff are friendly and the food and coffee is lovely also. Only issue I could find is the amount of seats and tables. Other than that, lovely coffee shop.
Lovely coffee, lovely Sea salted caramel & pecan swirl. Fruit toast was a write off though, was past it's due date I think as the bread was tough even after it was toasted so that spoilt my bwekfast
Amazing staff very friendly and helpful, cleanliness wasn’t a problem, Claire was very kind and helped recommend a drink thank you very much Claire and the rest of the team <3
This is a typical Starbucks, good coffee.

Love this store in sunderland . Staff are so friendly and helpful . Always visit when I go out 😀😀😀😀. Gingerbread Latte need I say more and my granddaughter loves her iced peach tea . Baby chinos are fab as are the kids hot chocolate done to the right temperature.
Lovely coffee, not a lot of seats inside but it's very clean and staff clear, wash chairs and tables as soon as someone leaves.
Was in late Sunday. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful. I borrowed a pen and the lady gave me a piece of till roll to write down a friends details. The coffee was good too.
