Staff are very friendly and the beverages are too. But, one batista cannot make the coffees correctly so if we see certain person on the machine we don't enter the café.

First time we'd visited this Costa. Seats available outside, approximately five tables with chairs. Service excellent and very clean. Plenty of parking space

I visited this store and was very impressed with the service I received. I am gluten free and therefore very cautious when eating and drinking out. I asked if their Summer berry Cooler drink was gluten free, I felt reassured after a member of staff called Shannon checked the allergens list and advised me of the ingredients. Shannon also pointed out other gluten free products, this girl is a credit to your store. I will definitely return.

Have been a few times to the Costa coffee in the Galleries. They do lovely coffee and have a wide range of tasty scones and muffins. I like to go here as they sell gluten free muffins which are delicious and well worth a treat once in a while. However you need to have time to spare as they are extremely busy and if you need a loo would have to go elsewhere.

Such a nice venue just to go for a coffee and biscuits - plenty of cosy sofas, chairs and tables to relax in.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes for an enjoyable experience for a coffee shop, this is where the best 1% coffee beans come to make it into my cup!

Probably the best coffee ever. Nice staff and plenty of room if you need to swing a cat. I will be returning to this shop and you should as well if you haven't already.

Great Costa, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The barista making the coffee made my flat white perfectly which doesn't happen often.
