Having only moved here recently I was finding it hard to find good quality coffee and this is it! I always prefer to support smaller locally owned businesses and Coffeehaus is my new favourite place to visit! The staff here are also really friendly 😊(the pumpkin spice latte here is a must try!)
Great little spot. Locally owned and ran by the lovely Ashley who always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Coffee is always on point and the sweet treats are delicious. Looking forward to being able to sit in once restrictions are lifted. Would highly recommend you visit here.

Coffee Haus is a brilliant addition to Sunderland and a much needed speciality coffee shop! The service from Ashley and the team is always brilliant and I can’t fault the drinks or food. Definitely one of the only reasons I come into the city centre.
Fantastic coffee shop - best latte in town!! A great selection of sweet treats to tempt you, sourced both locally and also prepared in house. Welcoming and friendly service from a talented barrister with an eye for design in this new business startup.

Lovely little cafe situated opposite the old Joblings site in Sunderland. Latte was the best I've had in a long long time, will try the pastries next chance i have they look amazing!
Most friendly staff. Feels homely. It's more than a coffee shop, you can browse through the clothing section while your coffee or drink is brewing. Watch out that you don't miss it, depending on which entrance or street you on as their are two sides...
