Bourbon Street Grill

Just got 2 orders for dinner TuesJan.18 4:15pm and it's a total let down. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only the prices have gone up the quality went down. Normally my hubby can finish it all but he can't even eat most of the noodles cuz he said it wasn't fresh tasting. the veggies in it were old brown soggy looking. The girl gave us the bottoms of the noodles of the pan eventho I told her I would wait and have the new batch but she insisted that it's enough for 2 orders and proceeded to pack my orders. It's not worth $25.05. We use to go there at least once a week and now I don't think I'll ever go back again. I had to like pick out the brown soggy veggies inside the noodles so much work and I just gave up after.

Went April 1st. I took my daughter and her friend too. We all ate. I asked for fried rice and bourbon chicken. The woman gave me a hot rice and I didn't realize until I put it in my mouth. It was spicy hot and messed up my taste buds. The chicken was covered with the rice too. I tried eating around the rice, but it didn't taste good. I told them the situation and she replaced fried rice only. I told her the chicken has rice on it too. I gave up eating. I asked for my money back on my meal and they said they couldn't. I asked for what I ordered replaced the rice and chicken were hard so they were old. I won't eat there again. I enjoy the food at Metro town. It is always fresh.

I love all the meat they sell here. The thing I love the most is the Louisiana chicken and the mango chicken. I also love the bourbon chicken but you need to eat it with the sauce. The price is also good for food. I got a combo 3 and it was only $14. It has two types of meat, one type of vegetables and one type of noodle or rice.

I’ve never personally tried this restaurant in the food court. But my BF got some food from there a couple of days ago. I believe he got the vegetables, Mango Chicken and Pasta Noodles (is what they called it). He had a couple bites and was quite dissatisfied with the food. Since eating their food he began to show symptoms of severe stomach aches (quite painful) and sweating with a fever. I am very concerned that he has had food poisoning. Would not recommend eating there. He’s been in pain/sick for about 3 days now.

I have never been disappointed with their food and they recognize their loyal customers. I order here almost every week. The staff are always friendly with me and give very generous portions. If you're in the Guildford mall area, a definite stop to have your lunch or even your dinner. Don't read too much into the negative reviews. Go on their profiles and you'll see they downvote most eateries altogether.

If you value your intestine and stomach and don't want to defecate liquid profusely, please do you self a favour, move along. Even McDonald's is far more better choice than this. My bourbon chicken was fried to crisp. It would appear that the meat was fried or cooked twice because it was left over from previous serving, with untrained taste as a chef would have. While veggies taste alright hence that one star, the noodle tasted like it was put straight in the tray after taking out of boiling water without much seasoning. At the end of the day, I learned something... the hardway.
