If you order via app, they take 10 min to make it. I also suspect some prices are more expensive via the app than in person. Prices are also expensive, about on par with Starbucks. One M drink is at least $5. L drinks aren't that large either. Taste of the drinks are really good though, and they make good banana loaf.

The hot chocolate is pretty good. I really enjoyed the energy loaf toasted with butter. I need to try the sandwiches and soups next. Better than Starbucks, in my opinion, but I'll let everyone else judge for themselves

This is lobby of Surrey memorial hospital, hence 4 star ,have to share with people of the street most just need a warm spot I'll share with anyone happily if any problems security gets a 7 out of 5 rating

Always so nice getting coffee from here! I love the service Nav and this other lady with blonde hair today gave me. For a coffee shop that’s in a hospital, it’s definitely warm and delightful. Plus they complimented my nails 🥰💜

I've been here countless times over the last 5 years and the customer service has never been less than great. You can't go wrong with the Three Cheese Melt and the snacks. As per drinks, the Caramel Corretto is my go to and I'm never let down. The staff here is definitely amazing.

I go here almost everyday for coffee break. The staff are super friendly and sharp, remembering repeat customers orders and going above and beyond with their service. I also love their chicken fajitas, lemon bars and the alternatives to dairy. Great job guys! The hospital appreciates you
