Since being under new management, we have tried a few takeaways from here recently, ordered directly through their own website, after my husband had eaten in the restaurant with friends and recommended it. The food was excellent every time, much fresher and tastier than others in town and was delivered promptly. We visited the restaurant with friends on Saturday evening and the food was again excellent and the service friendly and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Such a shame that we were the only diners in the restaurant on a Saturday night though. This place is most definitely worth a visit!

The food is excellent. Tasty, plentiful and freshly cooked from scratch, everything we ordered was absolutely top-notch. The service was friendly and attentive, the decor and ambience warm and modern. The Saffron is a big improvement on previous proprietors of this restaurant and we will definitely be returning.

Just been to Saffron for the first time, will definitely go again. The food was very tasty and plenty of it. The service was excellent and friendly. Would recommend Saffron to anyone who likes Indian cuisine, also not expensive

What fantastic food and people. First time for a sit down meal, had many takeaways. Wow, just wow. So lovely, treated like royalty and the food is 100% top notch. Try it people, you'll not regret it ❤

Had our first visit here and where more than impressed the food was absolutely delicious the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
A little gem tucked away that's definitely worth a visit and we will without a doubt be visiting many more times.

We visited Saffron tonight for the first time and we were not disappointed. The food was fabulous cooked to order, the staff were most welcoming and friendly. We will certainly be making our return in the future and would recommend it. Thanks again for a lovely evening.

This is my new favourite Indian restaurant. Visited with friends and found the owner very attentive and friendly. The food is beautifully presented, smells heavenly and tastes authentic. I have never experienced such a divine curry (recommend the chicken Maharajah no 1) with the coconut rice. And the naan bread (peshwari) was full of fruit and spices.
Unfortunately we were the only group in the restaurant, so it needs to get more well known, don't let this put you off though, try it and you will definitely go back again.

Absolutely amazing food.. Hav'nt had such great and authentic Indian food anywhere else in Notts, and the best thing is that the staff is soo friendly..Even the chef himself comes out and checks if the food is being enjoyed... Well done guys!!! Keep up the good work!!
