Sunday i did a nice dinner out with my family at Il Toscano restaurant in Sutton. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is excellent and the food is SUPERB ! the singer is very good ,only one thing , was too loud for me like for other people's there. Otherwise , everything was great and i really enjoy it !
Good Italian food, friendly service. It looks like a small family run restaurant, so expect a pleasant experience, good food but could be small gaps in service or entire menu not being available. Definitely recommend it.

The food was very tasty and the portions way too generous. Friendly staff and the restaurant wasn't too busy (on a thursday evening). The only downside was the slow service, but as we weren't in a rush, not to worry.
Have known this restaurant since 1970, it has changed owners a few times, but remained italian, good food and ambience . Today was special, a sad occasion, but through mostly happy and a few sad it remains a very good family run restaurant for every occasion. Good italian food and independent.
Outstanding pasta in authentic setting. Real treat in Sutton. I had a great time there. I will be coming back with the whole family for a nice evening meal.
Went in at about 11pm on xmas eve, so didnt have too much hope of finding a table, but the owner made an effort to serve me and i had an excellent plate of bolognese. Portion size was very generous too (roughly what we get in Malta, which is a lot!) Made my evening, grazie mille!
Food was beautiful, it’s definitely worth the price, the portions are huge. Prefer it over the other larger chain restaurants on the highstreet.
Lovely, lovely, lovely, we had such a great evening, service was relaxed, fun and friendly. The food was simple and tasty. We will be back soon :)

Came here just for a neal out with my gf, we wanted italian and,honestly, this was the only one that had a table for 2 available out of the 3 italans (one 2 doors down, the other adjacent) snearby- it was near christmas lots of work dos-s o glad we stumbled on this one, service was excellent, friendly food lovely and as a whole a nice authentic feel, was very busy but still managed to be very welcoming, will be going back 😀
4 years ago we had our wedding reception here. The food is great, the staff are lovely, and with good company, what else would you need?
