Love this shop.. Love the staff !! Been going there for 4 years and it's always been fab! The poor reviews must b from people who r more than perfect!!
Swadlincote staff are always friendly and helpful... wasn't happy they didnt have our favourite raspberry/white chocolate muffin but hay ho... their lattes are always the best
Today I visited Costa in Swadlincote with my 9 week old baby twin girls. The staff as always were amazing, friendly and helpful. It was my first time out in public with the girls so was nervous of them waking up and causing a scene and they did wake but with the help of the lovely staff and also a couple of nice ladies sitting just by me it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be. I did end up leaving early but was given a doggy bag with my unfinished cake so I can enjoy it at home (in peace �).

It was our Wedding Anniversary yesterday we had been out for lunch but we still came into Swad Costa for a coffee to finish the day of nicely. �
I love Costa at swadlincote it's the best anywhere the staff are always so friendly and nothing is too much trouble I think it needs an extension it is so popular
Went for a coffee 1st Dec. Cups,& plates trays all over the place not cleared away quickly enough tables needed wiping ! Food on the floor.
Coffees where brilliant that's the main thing.
Great place to go and relax with a nice coffee. Staff are always friendly.
However today I was slightly disappointed. With the weather being as cold as it was the place wasn't warm at all. Everyone in the shop was still wearing coats.
Not going to let this stop me from going here again as I'm sure it's just a one off.

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of comfortable seating from bench seating, chairs and tables and some wingback style armchairs with low tables. These are located next to the windows so you can sit and watch the world go by.
Service isn't as friendly as you would expect but couple members of staff are friendly then others are just plain rude, atmosphere is lovely and sometimes slot of the customers leave there mess everywhere food is lovely and hot just very pricey

Clean, inviting, quick service. Didnt visit bathroom but assume amenities are all abilities suited as wheelchair access was present. Thank you Costa Coffee

A great place for a really good coffee with staff who are very friendly.
Had a lovely lunch here yesterday with my daughter. The staff were friendly and my food and drink were great! Excellent flat white! There are lots more seats than I thought and we had a lovely seat in the window.
Always a friendly service. Really quiet first thing in the morning, nice to relax with a book and nice drink.
Lovely place would highly recommend, very friendly staff, I even had a new Costa Coffee mug, I'm delighted
