We loved everything about the service Chai Street provided us. The incredible, personal order system (including the friendly delivery), the FOOD! The food was perfect, loved having a great selection of plant based options to choose from, cooked fresh and you could really tell by the spectacular taste. We had no problem with reheating it and appreciated the mindful packaging (compostable trays) - considering majority of takeaway food comes in a ton of plastic! Overall, we couldn't fault our entire experience and cannot wait to put in another order soon.

Really tasty food. Lots of vegan choices but meat is available too. The owner is very friendly and approachable so if you have any specific wishes just speak to him and he will try to accommodate. For example my children don't like spicy curry so he always makes it a little sweeter and milder. The food comes cold so warm it up at home, you can put it straight in the oven in the tray. It's authentic Indian food made by someone who loves cooking and wants to share his skills, I recommend this place.
Beautiful food. I love the vegetarian and vegan options there is so much choice plus my partner is happy with the meat options. Each dish can be customised if there is an ingredient that I don't like along with the level of heat from the spices. The portions are big too.
Freshly prepared dishes full of flavour and a menu that keeps the vegetarian and vegans in our family very happy. Also love the fact we can recycle the containers and no plastic. Excellent service. Ooh and the Weekend Supper Club deal is fantastic!
We had the pleasure of experiencing the most authentic samosas this weekend. The pastry was flaky, flavoursome and full of flavour. I would highly recommend visiting Chai Street in Burton for authentic Indian Street food.

Naan breads are divine and the onion bhajis are packed with flavour. His 'homestyle' chicken bhuna is the best I've had.
