A chippy has always been my favourite takeaway, but since going gluten free, trying to find one that accommodates my dietary requirements is always tricky and even then it never normally hits the spot, but I had fish, chips with peas from here, all gluten free and it was perfect. Decent portion, lovely fish, Would recommend to anyone.

Possibly a little expensive, but the fish is always cooked to perfection. Unlike Mr chips where I was using before where the fish was only good for a new insoles for my shoe on the last 2 occasions (my dog wouldn't even eat it and she loves fish).

My wife and I moved to the area 3 years ago and the best discovery we have made during that time is Mother Hubbards Fish & chips. Previously we would occasionally, on a convenience basis, take home Fish & chips. Since discovering Mother Hubbards, Friday evening has become a ritual, which we look to above any other meal of the week (otherwise we cook dinner ourselves every evening). Sounds an exaggeration, well we can hardly believe it ourselves. "Please keep up the excellent service".

Be honest with you, we stopped on the way back from Norwich airport for fish and chips.
And I’ve got to say the fish and chips were amazing. Also the staff were very friendly would definitely recommend. 🙏

We three ate in the shop at 6pm. Batter on cod was lovely and crispy; not swimming in oil. Chips had been freshly cooked. Fab meals and good value for money.

Passing through and seen the good reviews so decided to stop. Very nice chippy with friendly staff, got served quick and had a gorgeous jumbo sausage and chips. Also ordered a pickled egg and they said I've given you two as they're small... Brilliant service and I'm not over these ways very often but when I am next I'm 100% coming back.
