Review Blue Marlin Fish Bar - Swalecliffe

Have used this shop for almost 3 years now & it doesn’t matter what day or time I go(including at opening & closing times) the quality of the food is always excellent. The premises are clean. Staff have always been polite, helpful & friendly. Very reasonable prices(best I can find locally). I highly recommend it.

Have tried quite a few of the chip shops in White but have to say hands down Blue Marlin has the best chips, perfectly cooked, great portion sizes, have yet to try the fish but have heard many good things about it, keep it up guys

Excellent fish and chips. The chips are gorgeous lightly cooked just lovely better than Tankerton chip shop. Will always go here. Recommend staff are lovely always say hello when enter.

This is the best fish and chips ever. We have large cod or haddock every Friday with a light batter, and it never fails to please. We have tried other fish and chips in Whitstable and the Blue Marlin is without a doubt the best. The light batter is delicious, almost a tempera batter and we have to eat the whole lot mmmm x

This is the best fish and chip shop in the whole of the area - by far. The fish is beautiful, the chips are great; try their homemade tartare sauce (mmmmm) & the staff are very friendly and know how to cook (consistently good food come rain, shine, or COVID que’s)

Went back to this place after a break for no particular reason, and pleasantly surprised by the happy smiling faces serving. Both fish and chips were very good, I am happy to say we will be using it again as our regular.
