It is no good coming here if you are looking for a gourmet food experience, as some reviews seem to expect 🤔. If you want a hot drink, a snack or cake, then it fits the bill perfectly. Not over expensive and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a pity that the outside seating doesn't provide a better view of the trains, although you can take your food up to the picnic area, but please make sure you bring you crockery and rubbish back down when you have finished.

Nice cup of tea. Indoor and outdoor seating, with a canopy on the platform eating area. Dogs are welcome but outside only.

A proper old school cafe inside a converted railway carriage at Swanage station. No fancy chocolate mochachino coffee or anything too fancy, a nice cup of British Rail tea or filter coffee to while away the time while you wait for the steam train to Corfe Castle.
