Really beautiful park with lots and lots to do for all kids and elders alike. Nice lake for your pedal boats available to hire for 20 minutes. Splash pad for the kids. Good selection of food and lest I forget to mention the mini train. All in all a good day out. Plenty of parking is available on two sides of the park

Nice and clean park. Good to take children out a bit. Not many things to do apart of walking and a playground for kids but for someone who likes fresh air and and a healthy walk/run around, this is a good option.

One of our favourite parks. It offers so much for everyone, with plenty of open space if you want to spend time away from the crowds. All activities are reasonably priced or FREE. Soft play, boat rental, lake, mini trains, play equipment, inflatables, ample parking (although a fair walk if you don't get the train which is located at the car park), cafe and clean facilities inc a decent and spacious disabled toilet. FREE splash park unless you wish to have a quieter session for an hour in morning, where they charge a small fee. This is perfect if you have a child with additional needs. Enjoy! 😊

It's a beautiful park. It has got mini trains operated in the summers. The train ticket costs £1.50 for single ticket per person or £2 return. Dogs, prams, children under the age of 3 travel free on the train. It has a lake for boating. Boats are designed like swans and flamingos. No fishing allowed in the lake. There is a children's playground and a cafe. Car parking is operated with ANPR and charges are £1 for an hour or £3 for the whole day.

A wonderful place for families, with everything you need to keep children happy all day. There's a miniature steam railway £1.50 single, £2.50 return which took us from the car park to the playground. Apart from a wonderful playground there is a boating lake, bouncy castle, mini electric go-cart track, large paddling pool area with water features café and toilets. Plenty of green places with trees. Who needs to go away on holiday if this is on your doorstep? My grandchildren loved it!

Lovely park and well maintained. Lots of young staff but if they have the right training and first aid qualification then let them help run the park. Lots for things for children to do. Only downside is all extra things like train ride, boats cost a little. Great day out. Take a packed lunch.

A lovely park to go to for all ages and families. It has an amazing lake with boats. There are also small trains, for short rides, for small fees. They go back and forth very often. There's a nice café near the water splash area which is very popular. The carpark is available and it fits many cars for a good price. There's lots for the kids to do here like the bouncy castle, water splash, playground, train rides, boat rides and sometimes funfairs.

Where to begin? Lots of parking space available. To our surprise there were small steam trains that take parents and children to the main play area section. The trains even have space for buggies and pushchairs. Return ticket is £2. Absolutely brilliant. Last train is at 5pm. You pay when you get to the station (main park area). Lovely play area for kids! Pedal boats in the lake! Bouncy castle behind cafe! Sand pit! Nice walk around the park and a great large Green area. Toilets were really clean!

Love this park , lots of activities and clean. The train ride inside was a nice little train and useful to get to and from the car park as a mode of transport for those who don’t like walking!
