First time at the Haystack and won't be my last. Arrived just after 9am on saturday and managed to get the last table down stairs. Good selection, if slightly on the higher price range than our local cafe. We went for the breakfast and bagel, both were really good but the bagel was amazing! Also ordered a side of the tater tots and they were yummy.

Absolutely fantastic service with a breakfast to go back for. So much on the menu it was difficult to choose what I wanted. Had a business meeting here and would highly recommend to anyone wanting great coffee and a warm welcome.

Amazing food and definitely well worth the wait, which was only 25 minutes in all fairness. Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be returning to try something else on the menu.

Fantastic pancakes though 4 is far too many and LOADS of syrup which I wish had come on the side. Delicious though and they accommodated an allergy order which was great. Well worth a visit.

Delicious food and really lives up to what's on their social media. We were a table of 9 and they were able to seat us quickly and service was good - although slightly staggered due to our size and the small team working hard behind the scenes. Not for the faint hearted as portions are really big. I made my own pancake stack with raspberry, white Choc, fudge, ice cream and whipped cream. I also had the tater tots with cod and mushy peas which was excellent. Beautifully presented. My friends had the competition of the week pancake stacks which were honey chicken with peanut brittle and double Choc with a Choc ice on top. Some others in our group had more breakfast based foods e.g. sourdough with avocado, egg and chorizo - there were also well liked. Drinks were good too. The dog was given a puppcino which was a really nice touch.

I love it here and I make a point of coming every time I visit Swansea (from East Anglia!!!). The specials taste amazing, always deliver and worth the money. The staff are all really friendly too. The lady who served me and my hungover friend on Sunday was called Tegan and she was particularly lovely.

My favourite brunch spot in Swansea!! Always super friendly staff, and some of the best coffee around thanks to Tegan and Libby ☺️

The food was delicious and the chorizo stack was incredible. The coffee was good too. I would definitely go back for a savoury meal. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the black forest pancake stack. At £10 it was a big disappointment. The pancakes were stodgy and dry. The fruit compote was delicious though. Pity about the pancakes, truly. I recommend you avoid them and instead order a delicious meal off the menu. We parked on the side of the road. The interior decor is fun and quirky.

First time visiting and I was impressed. There is a car park next door, but not many spaces, so you may need to park in one of the side streets. We parked in a side street and it was a 5 min walk. There was a slight wait for a table, we were told 30 to 40 mins, but was more like 15 in the end and they let you know via WhatsApp if your table is ready, which was a nice touch. The food is really nice and there is a good selection. The tater tots are stunning and the coffee is very good. There are also vegetarian and vegan options, but not a great deal. We did find that a lot of the vegetarian options came with avocado and we couldn't see how to remove it from our order, but not a big deal. We could have asked, but just cracked on. I had the chorizo stack, which was lovely, but goes cold quick. My wife had the vegetarian breakfast, which was very nice. You order and pay at your table, scan a QR code and this brings up the menu, where you can pay as well. The atmosphere was nice, quite a cosy place really with seating downstairs and upstairs. I would highly recommend visiting if your local. For 2 mains, 1 side, a hot chocolate and cappuccino it came to around £30.

Popular cafe destination. Visited on a Saturday morning. Not surprisingly it was busy. However they operate a text based notification, so we opted to wait, and duly got our text after about twenty minutes. Nice meals and coffee.
