My partner and I waited a year for our favourite restaurant in Swansea to re-open and we were not disappointed.
The food is always consistently fresh, delicious and healthy. Our visit following the re-do was perfect. It’s the most authentic and fresh Vietnamese restaurant.
The owner is always so lovely and friendly, always coming out to talk to us. It makes the place welcoming and inviting. We love the remodel, beautiful decor. You can tell she takes pride in her work.
Would recommend a visit if you’re looking for good food and a homely place to eat.

Outstanding food, seriously good! My Kimchi Beef starter were delicious! Great service and friendly, attentive staff (without being intrusive). Cool and vibrant atmosphere. Recently fully refurbished and it's really nice. A few nods to the Robin Williams movie dotted about too, but not over the top and tastefully done. We called earlier that same day for an 8pm table and it was nicely busy. Booking ahead is highly recommended!
decided to try the Vietnam restaurant in the uplands today.
I'm not familiar with Vietnamese food so thought I'd randomly choose some items.
I chose kimchi beef lettuce rolls and crack fries, both are starters but are enough for a main.
The beef, kimchi, beansprouts were amazing, the complexity of taste and texture was lovely.
The crack fries were perfect, they had a beautiful heat and spice to them and were a perfect accompaniment to the kimchi beef rolls.
The young man who served me was very polite and attentive and saw to my needs .
The decor, omg, everything here is bespoke, gorgeous murals on the walls, amazing lights and atmosphere.
I have to say that I'll most definitely be visiting again.

Possibly the best meal we have had for years. The staff are helpful and friendly even though the restaurant was very busy and the host Dawn (Dao) is a delight! She is very knowledgeable about the food and ingredients which was essential due to food allergies. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Crispy noodles were great! Spring rolls and the deep fried squid also good appetisers. Noodle soup was personally alright for me.

Good prices and average portions. I ordered spicy, it had a good kick but not too much flavour.
Excellent food! Summer rolls were delicious and fresh, crispy noodles with black bean sauce were amazing, and the beef with vermicelli noodles was so flavourful. The owner was super friendly and helpful! Had such a lovely time and will definitely come back when in the area again 😃
